DM NO. 171, S. 2019 | SUBMISSION OF ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

1. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9155 known as Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 and to DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015, entitled “Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement Planning (SIP)”, this memorandum enforces the schools to submit their SIPS for appraisal.

2. The enhanced School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a roadmap that lays down specific intervention that school with the help of its stakeholders will undertake within a period of three consecutive years. Thus, prompt submission and appraised entries are highly expected.

3. The following dates shall be noted:
a. September 19, 2019 – Submission of SIP (even without AlP yet)
b. September 23-27, 2019 – Appraisal of SIP
c. October 15, 2019— Submission of complete SIP

4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum are directed.
