1. Relative to the conduct of the Division Festival of Talents, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division informs the field of additional provisions and some changes in the Division Memorandum no.190 s. 2023;
a. Story Retelling Contest for Grade 3 is part of Read-A-Thon English.
b. In view of the upcoming UPCAT, there will be changes in the venues for AP Pop Quiz, Musabaqah, and English Read-A-Thon.
c. There will be additional members of the Math-Ra-Thon Technical Working Group (TWG).
d. For Sining Tanghalan, there will be no warm-up songs for the Himig Bulilit, instead the contest piece; Guhit Bulilit shall be held at Paliparan Elementary School; Himig Bulilit participants may come from Kinder to Grade 6; and Each participant shall bring his/her own materials and Supplies.
