In line with the latest guidelines of the Department of Health (DOH) stipulated in its Administrative Order 2020-0013 dated April 9, 2020 re: Revised Administrative Order No. 2020-12 “Guidelines for the Inclusion of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the List of Notifiable Diseases for Mandatory Reporting to the Department of Health”, the DepEd Task Force COVID-19 adopts the new classification of individuals for COVID-19 and issues an updated mechanism on the monitoring of suspect, probable and confirmed cases in the Department.
Hence, this Division Office shall strictly enforce the revised classification and mechanism stipulated in the DepEd Task Force Covid-19 Memorandum No. 035.
Furthermore, all elementary and secondary schools in this Division are still mandated to submit the
COVID-19 Report using the attached updated format DAILY through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The receiving copy of the submitted report shall be kept on file in school for ready reference and must be treated with utmost confidentiality.
In addition, schools are also directed to monitor the health status of school personnel and learners who shall be admitted for confinement until cleared/discharged.
